Returns & Cancellations

Because every order is sourced internationally on your behalf, we do not offer a discretionary or goodwill return policy. Every Customer is entitled to exactly the cancellation rights described below, which are set by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 ("CP Law") and its regulations — no more, no less.
1. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under Section 14G of the CP Law, you may cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive the product, or the date you receive the transaction confirmation document, whichever is later.
2. How to Cancel
Send a cancellation notice by email to ameerdow@icloud.com, including:
- Your full name
- Your Israeli ID number or passport number
- Your order number
Because your item is purchased from the designer's stock abroad specifically for your order, we appreciate cancellation requests as early as possible — ideally before the item has shipped — so that the process is quick and simple for both of us.
3. Cancellation Fee
Where you cancel a completed order, we are entitled under Section 14H(a) of the CP Law to deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
4. Refunds
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will refund you within fourteen (14) days, using the same payment method you originally used. If the product has already been delivered to you, you must return it in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, at your own expense (unless the item is defective or not as described).
5. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
In accordance with Section 14G(d) of the CP Law and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010, the right of cancellation does not apply to:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- Items whose seal or packaging has been opened where the opening prevents resale (for example, intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings)
- Items that were custom-made or personalized to your specifications
6. Extended Cancellation Window (Section 14G1)
If you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen (65 or older), or a new immigrant (within five years of Aliyah), and the negotiation or transaction included a telephone conversation, you may cancel within four (4) months of receiving the product or the transaction confirmation, whichever is later.
