How does the sourcing model work?

We do not hold local inventory. When you place an order, we purchase the item directly from the designer's stock abroad on your behalf, route it through a logistics point in the United States, and import it into Israel for delivery to you.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 14–21 business days from order confirmation to delivery, depending on stock location, international transit, and customs clearance. See our Shipping page for details.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

Yes. All import duties, customs charges, and VAT are already included in the price shown at checkout. There are no surprise charges on delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card online, BIT, cash on delivery, and bank transfer.

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel or return my order?
